Sony ericsson repair

    Hi lads,

    have any of you had your sony ericsson repaired in Ireland? I just organised it there and the email says 'pop the phone into a jiffy bag' and send it to a crowd in Sandyford! It just says include proof of purchase but nothing else. Do I just wrap it up and send it off with some contact info?

    Any help is appreciated

    You can drop it into them also but will charge you €15 for the privilege

    Thanks Davy, this is an in warranty repair, I only have the phone a few weeks :S Will that make a difference?

    In addition, I'm in kerry so i'll be sending it in the post :S

    How do you have it? Less than 30 days might get it replaced

    Did you go back to where you bought it?

    I have it for about 6 or 7 weeks so O2 cant replace it.

    I'll get back onto Sony and find out what to do!
