    Yeah it should work, the live stuff is pretty much europe overall. My Irish live account has been renewed twice with english live subscriptions and points so you should be sweet

    Just renewed mine with a Greek one from amazon that was around 15 euro cheaper! Should work perfect.

    yeah there are no region codes on XBL codes. I use US ones on my Irish account all the time.
    -I mean XBL gold codes, not MS Points codes.

    The Live Subscription codes should be region free and work without problems.
    Be careful, though, with MS Points as they are region specific (e.g. a US or UK one will not work with an EU account, and vice-versa).
