I want to sign up food vendors to a website but need a way to verify that they have HACCP certification. How do you do this?

You will not receive a number but a certificate, depends on what course you did.

Its an international cert, but does anyone have experience of how to verify whether someone has it? Is there a central body in Ireland with a database?
