    Xenoblade.

Also can we not have Zelda in the RPG category considering it isn't even an RPG?

Where do you draw the line?
    It has RPG elements?

It has no RPG elements. There's no stats, no character customisation, no dialogue trees. The only reason you gain abilities is to open up the next path in the story.

By those criteria then games such as metroid games, darksiders, shadow complex and batman arkham city/asylum would be considered. Those games are very much action/adventure.

I'll put it another way. Lots of games these days have RPG elements but you wouldn't consider them RPGs. The multiplayer in CoD and Battlefield 3 for instance could be considered pretty much a full on RPG but you wouldn't count them as RPGs. Zelda on the other hand doesn't even have any RPG elements to it.

People only mistakenly call it an RPG because crappy journalists back in the day lumped it in with them because of the overhead perspective and the non-linearity of the first game (and only the first game) was so new new that the only other genre that had something similar were PC RPGs like Wasteland and Ultima. Since link to the past it's basically been a top down metroid type game.

I'm with Retr0. Zelda is no more of an RPG than something like Metroid Prime.
It shouldn't be eligible for this category.
