    Hi,

    Is it possible to use one of my own pictures as an avatar? It's nothing bad, just the cover of an album.

    Custom avatars are one of the features of subscribing. It's not available to regular users. Go here to subscribe and the option should appear in the "Edit Avatar" option in the User CP.

    Custom avatars only last as long as your subscription lasts (though that may be changed going on a recent feedback thread, but i'd wait until that's confirmed by HQ)
