Hi, this is another first timer here.

My girlfriend an I are looking at places around Cellbridge, Maynooth, Kilkock, Leixlip and Clane.

Our price cap is 600 a month before utilities as I'm overseas 95% of the year and herself is a "looking for work teacher".

We have spotted somewhere in Clane for 600 a month and I think we're almost go for it (once the filthy carpet is changed, filthy walls painted and smelly fridge is un-smellied) but I have a question or two:

There is no leccy shower:rolleyes: which is almost a deal breaker for me but herself loves the place and I was wondering seeing as it is an immersion jobbie could I negotiate a few bob off the 600 a month?

Also what is Clane like for a young couple in mid twenties (or for human beings in general)?? I work (when I am in Ireland) on the Intel site and I'm thinking this might be the best price-range/distance balance, anyone know of anywhere better? Feel free to share as Ive worn daft out!
