Should be able to get the Pier Hotel for €39 room only for one adult. (incl parking)

I often stay there when going out in town as I live in Newport.

went to book it there and it says No Checkin beside the date i want, besde other dates there is an X which i presume means no availability and prices beside
other ones, anyone knoe what the No Checkin means

she tried that and was told the advertising says "from €39" on the sign - she had to fork over the extra €10 lol

It's true but hotels have a "walk away" rate. If the customer turns on their heels give them the lowest price.

Same applies with most purchases in life.

Both travelodges in Limerick 42/43 euro fri nite. They bit out but shouldn't cost more than tenner to either. Still more than u like to pay am sure. we all watchin the pennies!

Hostelworld has a BnB on O'connell ave for 30 euro. Could walk from town easily

Roxboro's on the wrong side of town for Shannon though.

The Perry Hotel on Glenthworth St have a single room for €59. Could you get a taxi to and from Shannon for that price?

Travel Lodge at Connagh Roundabout have a room for €43.75 through ebookers.ie but you are talking the bones of €10 for a taxi each way into the city centre.

Realistically you need to be booking this as early as possible, at this time of year everyone has the same idea and alot of these places are either booked out or raise the prices especially on weekend nights.

Treaty Cabs charge €25 to Shannon, a few friends have used them though it was a few months ago.
