Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Howdy Lads/lassies,

just wondering if anyone here fancies meeting up once per week for a spot of hurling somewhere? Im based in Dublin 13 and was thinking about Fairview Park or St Annes?

I'm 31 and looking to get back paying a bit and this might be a good start. A 'Touch Hurling' type of meet up. Any takers/thoughts?!

Mike you are on the wrong side of the city for me.

I'd suggest just dropping intoyour local gaa club and joining the junior training sessions. Also i'm sure there a re a few ball wall/alleys around that you can get into.

Realt Dearg are a club that is pretty much full of lads that have returned to hurling after sometimes up to 12-13 years of a break.

I know St Joephs OCB are in Fairview park and Raheny are playing in St Annes park. Both of those clubs have lower grade teams where you could find your touch again and possibly get called up to high grade teams if it suited you.

    Best of luck.

If you're in Dublin 13 why not drop into Naomh Barrog. They have a junior hurling team. Also if you want a puck around we are always looking for help with Juvenile coaching.
