You are sending via another broadband provider, so this won't be an eircom problem. Is smtp.wicklowbroadband.com correct setting for outgoing? Can you telnet to smtp.wicklowbroadband.com on port 25?

    Thanks dar31,

    Please see Java's post above.

    eircom E-mail settings:
    Mail server type: POP3
    eircom Incoming mail server: webmail.eircom.net
    eircom Outgoing mail server*: mail1.eircom.net

    OR Webmail access: http://webmail.eircom.net

*Note: If you are NOT using an eircom net connection, you MUST use your internet provider's own SMTP server OR eircom webmail.

    Best wishes,
    Ant

Have you tried unticking the Log in using Secure Password Authentication & my server requires authentication boxes in Outlook?
