Adoption Query Budapest

    My brother was adopted at the age of 17 from an orphanage in Budapest around 20 years ago.

    We are quite close, I was 14 at the time.

    He never wanted for anything and my parents saw that he got the best in education and English lessons.

    Roll on 20 years, he is 37 and is married to a grand wee girl who he has known for 7 years.

    They want to adopt from Budapest but are having difficulties as she is 56.

    Any advice?
