Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yes this is possible, what you need is the engineer code off the system and a Simon SABB. They are made by HKC. A cable will need to be ran from the control panel to where you plan to install the external bell.

You can get them in the suppliers here. What you need is a at lease a 4 core alarm cable going from the control panel to the location that you will be installing the external bell.

Take a look at the same sticky.
It lists some installers. There is also a link to PSA Register of Licenced Installers .

Any installer should be able to add an external bell to this system for you.
