Hi Lads,

Looking at stocking up on this for the wedding in April, good deal at the moment with the 25% and all of that. Just wondering what it's like? I could buy a bottle myself and taste it but to be honest it all tastes the same to me (a Beamish drinker)

buy a bottle and then get some one with better taste buds than yourself to try it and see - A regular drinker of the stuff should be able to give u a good idea

I used to drink, it's got a nice flavour, I just found it too heavy (for me anyway) and I found after one glass, I was falling asleep so I stopped drinking it.

That said, I don't drink very often so when I do have a drink, I tend to get sleepy after it anyway.

Could you get a bottle or two and have a few family members/friends taste it for you?

I'm pretty sure that is the stuff Dunne's were selling for €6.99 not so long ago. A decent Prosecco will be €12-16 and even more for the good ones... at which stage you might consider Cava.
