    heard the blaring siremns myself they passed Viewmount anyway so must be out past there

    Sirens all over the city.

    The Search and Rescue Helicopter is circling the city too. I don't like the look of this.

    The Dunmore/Tramore Rd is closed at Saleens according to Aa road watch. Saw the convoy of emergency vehicles myself... Doesn't look good.

    That helicopter spent about 10 mins over the Cherrymount/Kilcohan area.

    I'm not sure if it's related to the crash at Saleens but 3 "sirens on" ambulances flew out the Faithlegg road about 15 minutes ago with the coastguard hovering overhead.

    A 28-YEAR-OLD MAN has died following a single-vehicle car crash in Co Waterford this morning.
    The incident occurred just before 9am today at Corbally More on the Dunmore to Tramore Road (R685).
    Two other men aged in their 20s who were travelling in the car were taken to Waterford Regional Hospitals. The extent of their injuries is unclear.
    Gardaí are appealing to any witnesses to contact them at Waterford Garda Station on 051 305300.
    The road is closed at Saleens to facilitate a technical inspection of the scene.

    A 28-year-old man has died following a road crash in Co Waterford.
    The crash happened at Corballymore between Dunmore and Tramore shortly before 9am.
    Two other men travelling in the car were taken to Waterford Regional Hospital. It is understood their condition is not life threatening.
    The road from Corballymore Church to Brownstown Head remains closed.
    Gardaí are appealing for witnesses.

    RIP
    At least the other two are not in a critical condition.

    The chance of those people using boards, and not Facebook is very slim. there's 100 + messages on his page alone.

    I wont say his name but I can confirm hes from the Dunmore Rd. Awful on the family seen as they lost their mother at a young age a few years ago

    Just to clear up why the helicopter was out was for an event for special needs children out in faithlegg with fire brigade and ambulance crew out to entertain the kids.

    No question, in winter on a sunny day the sharp turns and overhangs from the verges creates a nasty mix of sudden blinding sun and then deep shadows. Its a poor road anyway.
