Anyone know if the parking is free in Douglas S/C? Also, what's the easiest way there from the tunnel side?

Yep it's free, max stay is 3 hours, otherwise you get a nasty sticker on your window. Getting off the South Ring at the Rochestown exit would be the most direct route.

Edit: You're talking about Douglas Village SC right?

Yes, there is another shopping centre on the East of the town. It's older and houses Dunnes Stores.

Douglas Court Shopping Centre is open air parking and has Dunnes, 3 hour parking limit. Douglas Village Shopping Centre is a multi storey with free parking for 3 hours and has Tesco and M & S as anchors.

Where's the library located? Always missed it when walking through

Really hidden, you'd need to be looking for it. It's massive though and acts as much as a community centre as a library. Fantastic asset.

I agree, it's a great library and well stocked. Good to see there are plenty of reading/studying spots too.
