Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello all,

I have a sharp xl=uh240 hifi, a fairly small and basic model, but fairly powerful for its size with a 160w rms output. Today I put it under heavy load by playing one of those bass test things on youtube. It was rattling the house so I stopped the play back. Unsurprisingly, the cooling fan in the amp unit was going like the clappers to stop things from overheating. However, it has not stopped going like the clappers since and every time I turn on the unit the fan goes straight into super turbo insanity mode, even though the unit is perfectly cool.

Anyone ever come across a similar problem before or have any ideas how I can get the fan to revert back to its previous quiet self?
