Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dropped into mates house today and we saw this.

9 technical hole specialists (11 at one stage)
    7 SDCC vehicles
    1 hole

If a private contractor was hired to dig the aforementioned hole would they use this sort of firepower ? Would they f*ck.

God bless the 'Croke Park Agreement' and all who sail in her.

EDIT:Had to remove pic as I should have asked mate first. (not clever)

    Maybe this happened,

The boss ordered one of his men to dig a hole eight feet deep. When the job was completed, the boss returned and explained that an error had been made and the hole wouldn't be needed. "Fill 'er up," he ordered.

The worker did as he had been told, but encountered a problem. He wasn't able to get all the dirt packed back into the hole without leaving a mound on top. He went to the office and explained his problem.

"Honesty!" snapped the boss. "The kind of help you get these days! Obviously, there's only one thing to do. Go back and dig that hole deeper!"

    true story.

The houses look a bit like council houses. If they're council houses they'd get the council to fix the hole...

Jesus H Christ! A water main leak, 3 man job at most and that includes the digger driver, these are the lads who will tell you they work hard for there wages. Never mind the waste of taxpayers money in salaries for that day, we are also paying for all the 7 vehicles. Sometimes the public sector take the piss!

Pat. We can just dig a big hole and put all of it in

Engineer. But what will we do with all the muck from the hole?

Pat. Oh yeah.....we'll just have to dig another hole to put that in....

    True story.
