Am I Getting The Right Speed

    ok so im not NGB 24mb and i think i am not getting the service i pay for

    of course you get the usual BS from eircom when you ring them there is my speed test results

    Download Speed Test 13.55 Mbps

    Upload Speed 0.61 Mbps


    But When i downloading all i get is 1.69 mb a second

    sorry if im wrong i should be getitng 2.4mb thats what im paying for

    so if i should be getting 2.4mb then what shoukld my upload speed be
