Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When do marts close for christmas?

    Just wondering is this coming week the last sales of the year for marts? Will they be selling christmas week?

    If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

    Course they will operate christmas week. think last mart for us is Wed the 21st, not sure if there is a mart on the Fri the 23rd or not, will find out next week. we will be on cold turkey for a few weeks till things kick off again

    tullow mart is closed 23rd anyway

    It's usually the last week before Christmas, depending on sale days, we close here on final sale day the 13th but that because otherwise we would run into working near Christmas eve. Mohill closes the 17th, Ballymote the 16th. It's usually the last sale date that allows a few days clear up afterwards without running into Christmas.:cool:
