New Paranoid Novel

A friend of mine is the author, I hope it's ok to mention this. If you've been playing the roleplaying game the past few years you know this author, he's been writing a lot of the Paranoia material. Some of you may know him from the Irish gaming scene: Gareth Hanrahan from Cork.

His first novel is out and it's based in the Paranoia world but is accessible to people who've never played the game.

Probably. I've enjoyed his writing as a RPG writer.

I wouldn't be pimping him here if I didn't. He isn't the first or last friend of mine to come out with a book etc.

Aye, Gar's got an excellent reputation in gaming circles for his writing.

Paranoia isn't my cup of tea by a long shot but I'm giving some thought to picking up a copy myself for curiosity's sake.

Knowing Gar for many years and being in awe of his general and specific to gaming/fantasy/sci-fi intellect I have no doubt I'll pick this up and then corner him at some con or gamer wedding to dedicate it :P
