Hi I am looking at upgrading my cpu. At first I was going to upgrade the heatsink only as it is very noisy but I thought maybe change the cpu while I was at it. A couple of questions though if anyone can help.

    A. Is it worth it.
    B. What cpu would I need to go for.

The pc is used for the usual facebook youtube etc not for gaming but when she's playing flash on bingo sites it eats the cpu usage. Hoping I dont have to upgrade to a graphics card as the psu is only 250 watt. Any thoughts would be brill :D. Here are the specs.
