A bunch of them are open to 8 or so on a Thursday night, but that's it so far as I know.

I've often walked past Dublin Ink quite late in the evening and it would still be open, not sure if they keep the piercers in though, ask them on facebook, they're generally very quick to reply!

Edit: According to their FB page they open till 8 every day!
