Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

crest strips for brightening x2 shades

im having a bridge/crown done in the coming wks. i want to get bleached before this but the Dental hygenist has said the most i will achieve is 2shades brighter....so my options are 1)chair whitening = e290 2)home kit/shields=e195 3)crest white strips= about 50quid..... i cant do this again after the crown obviously but is…

i cant do this again after the crown obviously but is it a waste spending 300yoyo's on top of the dental work if im only gonna gain a tiny bit more brightness? do the chest strips do much of a job??
want to get started so need to make a decision asap
