    If it's on proper lowerings springs and not "cut springs", and it can drive into the test centre / onto the ramp without any trouble then it's fine.

    I don't see any reason why a remap would alter the NCT outcome, unless it's a diesel - in which case there may be much more smoke if it's been done well.
