You are better off just attempting to launch the game. The mails can take 30minutes at least per wave.

my 3v card was billed and deducted the 5euro for the preorder, the full amount wont be taken out until the 22nd afaik. We have two days grace from what i gather on swtor twitter and the official mainpage
