Using shaving soap

    This is probably a stupid question.
    I have been DE shaving for over 3 months and find it great. Still getting the hang of it though. I use proraso shaving cream but I bought some proraso shaving soap http://www.shaving.ie/products/Proraso-Shaving-Soap-Bowl.html
    How do you get a good lather with the soap? The lather seems to get dry very quickly. Any tips appreciated.

    I bought a shaving brush from boots for ~€6. Soaked in warm tap water so it's nice and moist then using a circular motion rub the brush in the bowl of soap.
