Help me find a new place to live

    Hi all,

    I've decided to move apartment and have run into a roadblock. I've put together a list of what I want from my new place but can't seem to find anywhere that meets my requirements so does anyone know of anywhere near Dublin city center that offers the following:
    • Gas central heating
    • UPC broadband
    • TV from Sky
    • Secure parking, preferably underground
    • Not on a very busy street
    • I don't want a ground floor apartment
    • 15 - 20 min walk from Jervis street
    • Rent of about €1,000 per month for a 2 bed apt

    Any suggestions of places to look would be great appreciated as I've been finding the search functionality on sites like daft to be very limited. I mean, am I the only person who wants a specific type of heating, etc...?
