Hi all, Got a letter from Revenue saying they have a package from the USA for me and I need to forward the invoice to declare the value of the goods and the type of goods to apply VAT/customs. It's been a year since I had to do this so just wondering, after sending a copy of the invoice to the email address how long did it…

3-5 days usually.

If it takes any longer you should really start chasing them about it.
