Graphics card advice for gaming needed

    I have a 1 year old custom built PC. main purpose is gaming
    I'm looking to spend between 100-200 euro on a graphics card upgrade.
    I'm clueless really when it comes to what's compatible for machine i have

    The spec is

    Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0Ghz
    Graphics Card: Onboard HD4250 Graphics
    OS: Windows 7
    Memory: 4GB (2x2gb DDR3 Dual Channel)
    Hard Disk: 250 GB Sata Hard Disk
    Power supply: 400 Watt ATX
    Sound Card: Onboard Sound

    any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

    6870. what brand is PSU?

    i have 6870 in my old dell xps 420 with 375w PSU.
