We're an establishing film festival with great prospects as assessed by industry professionals. As the event is growing in size we would need an office space from January 2012, ideally something between 15 and 40 sq. meters around the area between Dublin 2 and Dublin 8. We are not too picky about the conditions - as long as it has an insurance, electricity, access to water, toilet, heating, preferably internet or easy access to an internet provider and have good locks.
We'd be looking for discount rates of around 150 euros per month and are capable of offering publicity as a sponsor of a big film festival in Dublin in the coming spring.

If you know any spaces going around like this, please let me know

What about a community halls? There's one on Donore Ave which has internet afaik and all the rest, worth a try.
