It should just be a case of putting your sim into the iPhone go to settings, mail and contacts. Towards the bottom of the page there should be import sim contacts

Nope, the Iphone takes a Micro Sim whereas the nokia took a regular sim

    Any other ideas??

Phone shop should have a Device to swap numbers from sim to sim

Any carphone warehouse would do it :D

If the contacts are in the Nokia phone memory, you can use Nokia Suite to sync the contacts and calendar entries with MS Outlook and then use iTunes to sync the MS Outlook contacts and calendar to the iPhone.

If your nokia has a "hinged type" sim holder, then it is possible to locate the sim centrally and lock it in, fit the battery, and transfer contents. If its a "slide" type holder, it'd be tricky ( unless you had one of these )
