Meteor bill upgrade.. phone order. Delivery time?

    Hi Guys,

    Ordered a Blackberry 9900 from Meteor as an upgrade on Monday (living in Dublin) still no sign of it, or even an email confirmation of the order with a tracking number.

    Just wondering how long phones take to deliver?

    They said 3-5 days.. I was thinking it'd be much shorter than that since i'm in Dublin.

    I just can't wait for it to arrive. :D

    Sadly it can take them nearly 2 weeks in some cases!

    Why aren't I surprised.

    IMHO, their customer service is despicable.. oh well!

    I need this urgently, maybe I should've bought it in a shop.

    Also, is it ever possible to get online prices in the shop for existing customer upgrades?
