    eat cottage cheese or quark or cream cheese (12g of protein per 100g in a 250g tub thats 30g of protein not including the yogurt)
    mixed with strawberry yogurt from lidl it
    tastes great is creamy fills you for ages and is low fat high protein
    also PHD choc cookie is delicious !
    so is ON choc
    but eat as much proteinfrom food as possible
    and only
    have a shake after a workout
    or if its convient on those busy days
    raw eggs and milk whisked is good when you run out of protein
