Draughty Windows

    Finding that in two of our rooms that it is very draughty, not sure if its the seals or around the window frame if you know what I mean
    Is there any easy way of figuring this out. Window are only around 3 year old

    An ordinary candle is handy for finding draughts. Just take care round any curtains.

    Or light up an incense stick, the smoke will show exactly where the problems are.

    Or an ostrich feather or any supple fluffy feather like the stuff you get towards the base of a goose quill.

    If you do actually want one, you can get them in any fishing tackle shop which stocks fly tying materials.
    Or keep a canny eye out next time you visit the zoo.
