I don't think there's an accounts payable course exactly that can be done, basic book keeping?

As for payroll - almost all payroll is done by computer programmes now (of which there are many types) - you could perhaps look to see if FAS will provide a course for you. A FAS course will take you through the manual side of payroll and also some computer packages.
