Fire Meeting Point Lamp Post

Do you need permission to put up a Fire meeting point sign on a lamp post in Dublin City centre. Work in a Large office near Pearse Street and was wondering if i did put up a sign would there be a fee, Anyone know anything about this. Its just a sign so people know were to go for Fire Drills.
