Red light usually indicates a a legal brothel , if it's it's a blue light flashing outside it's the garda /special branch car pulling up .

Tell them you'll call the guards unless they give you a hundred quid and let you cum on one of their faces.

If it's not directly affecting you then mind your own business. Simple as that.

How am I shilling when I have no affiliation with the brothel?

Yes. I heard one customer haggling over the hourly rate at the door.

What can one do?, as far as I know it is illegal to operate a brothel, but if the place is just rented by the girls for escorting services,,is that illegal?? escorting is an arrangement by consenting adults.

Escorting is in a strange legal place. There are a host of sites that cater for it here in Ireland. According to a "TV3" doco I seen Dublin is now the sex capital of Europe. Something I find hard to believe.

According to TV3 they are the most watched broadcaster in Ireland.

I wouldn't listen to them. Just typical muck they always have on.

Get a digital camera and secretly photograph the Johns going in and out. Sooner or later you'll have pictures of a few TDs, priests, bishops and other prominent persons and you can start negotiating with them or the media ...;););)

If you hear one baby keep on saying "Go on Daddy, HARDER, HARDER!! Damn your good."

That mean's HovaBaby is in the building.

Do you pay extra for that?

Id probably report them, who wants to have their buzzer going at all hours of the day and night or have to listen to men haggling about the price.

There could also be serious criminals involved in the running of the place.
Plus you never know if these girls are legitimate or trafficked, you might be helping them if the police close the place down.

Do you live in the Wintergarden apartments by any chance?

    Also, call the Guards.

According to this post, he lives in a "2 bedroom apartment in Dundalk Town Centre".

Based on his description of the apartment, he shouldn't be surprised there's a brothel in the block. Hell, it almost sounds like the brothel was in his apartment for at least a while! :D:D

And OP, assuming you're serious, call the Gardaí.

Gosh, I am not liking the description of that apartment much (brothel in the building or not). Pretty horrific if that's the best accommodation the OP could find in all of Dundalk.

    NuMarvel, you stalker!

Its funny you should say that. I thought I recognised someone going into the flat. They were a prominent person all right.

Yes, the state of my carpet would make you think the previous tenant used it as a brothel all right.

You know......these ladies probably would like to keep a low profile, and no pimp really wants any unnecessary hassle.

    ;)

Leave the girls alone - they are not doing any harm to you.
However - everytime someone buzzes your door, open it while wearing a garda uniform and take a pic!

I have no shame in admitting I went to a whore before, in Ireland.

But anyway the woman told me the Gardaí raided the place alright but they only took the money, they did nothing about the prostitution or about the brothel.

Handy number for the boys, eh?

I heard that before and I don't believe it at all.

To many people and paper involved.

I wish I was near a brothel now.:(
