Hi can you tell me what is the cost of ringing esb on there no
1850372372.Have received a bill from meteor for 24 euro's for 17 minute phone call .this was because of an error with a direct debit form .

According to this, it should have been just 30c.

Our LoCall 1850 numbers should cost no more than approx. 6c per call from landlines, and approx. 30c from mobiles. The exact cost will vary depending on your home/mobile phone service provider.

The duration of the call will make no difference, as 1850 numbers fall under the 'Shared Cost Fixed' category. See here for further details.

A regular landline number would be better as they are free with most bundles
