Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

colm meegan engineering makes what seems like a very similar gate at e720 (i think) we got calving gate, dividing gates and a few bits off him and pretty happy with all. he also has a semi auto and another automatic choice to pick from.

Is it alot easier to get stock through them compared to the standard gate.
Who supplied it and was the price much the same.

I've ordered a Pearson manual head gate from North Yorkshire but can't find a courier to bring it in.
When I get it, set it up and run a few animals through it, I'll let you all know if it was a good move.

anyone using something like the cattlemaster or Big8 cattle crush crates? I suppose you'd need to be handling alot of cattle to justify the cost. No animal would best you with one of those!

Hes based in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan and another spot near Blaney. I'll pm his no. dont expect a sales speil, he makes the gates and you either want one or dont,( just the way he works) personally i prefer it.
