Evening gents/ladies am looking to have a gunstock made to suit myself, I've heard a few names been thrown around but havent personally come up close with any of there work! Anybody have any recomadations of who's best to do the job?? Or any pictures of works they have had done

Most stock makers in Ireland focus on rifles as its a bigger, better market. There are two stock makers that i would rank above all others, and cover both timber and composite stocks. Rifles only AFAIK, but ring them to see if they do shotguns.

First is Enda Walsh of www.gunstocksireland.com Does laminate or solid timber stocks. A few examples of his work:

The second would be Edi Graf of www.pse-composites.com . He does composite stocks of unbelievable lightness, and strength. A few examples of his would;

Then i would most definitely go with the suggestion above for Pat Sludds. No personal experience of the man, but from every report a top notch craftsman, and good work.

Enda's go from about the €550 mark upwards. Your only limit is budget, and what specifics you want on the stock.

As for Edi, i'm not too familiar with his prices, and i wouldn't like to go guessing which i think you all can appreciate.

Edi's prices are there on his website. Very competetive with the likes of MacMillan et al.
