Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Did they ever have lambs? They must have at some point going on those ages

If it were me I wouldn't classify them as breeders or culls, but specifically say they ran with the ram but were barren, but previously had lambs (if they had).

Up to the buyer then to decide if they'll give them a shot breeding again or buy them as culls.

I don't think anyone can come back at you then after the fact as you had disclosed what you know about them.

yep they did have lambs in previous years, wouldn't have kept a ewe 5 years if they hadn't;)..so just inform they scanned empty and they had lambs before see how it goes..up to the buyer then..that's a good advise thanks john, any idea of what they are making??

I wouldn't have a clue. We sold blackface hoggets that had been with the ram (no scan obviously, and no guarentee of being in lamb) for €118 yesterday. I sold real old blackface ewes, mixed mouths (broken mouth and overshot) for €64 a few weeks ago. But they're very different from what you have for sale!

Someone else might have a better idea what to class your ewes as, but if they were mine that's what I'd do, clear conscience then!

We sell them as Flog ewes but announced if perfect for breeding if they just haven't gone back in lamb.
