Farming Simulator will run quite happily on a card meant for a home theatre computer thankfully, that'd keep the cost down if it wasn't for the video editing.

Saying whether you want to do serious video editing or just a bit of video editing here and there will help the guys a lot in deciding what kind of build to put together for you.

First stab at this, one of the other guys might come up with better:

Giving you an i7 for the video editing, a good card and a good bit of RAM but going over budget, you can work down from here to bring it in-line with budget depending on whether you want more processing or more graphics power etc.

    Name|Price
    Total €753.85 + Shipping of €30 |
    BitFenix Merc Alpha|€32.63
    Sapphire HD 6850 1GB GDDR5 PCI-Express|€121.86
    ASRock P67 Pro (B3) Sockel 1155, ATX|€85.68
    3 x 4GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3-1333 CL9|€50.07
    D-Link AirPlusG DWL-G510 Wireless PCI-Adapter|€15.98
    Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB, 16MB, ST3500418AS|€79.90
    Lian Li Aluminium-Cardreader CR-25B, schwarz|€15.71
    Intel Core i7-2600K Box, LGA1155|€274.04
    ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 13 Pro(Sockel 775/1155/1156/1366/754/939/AM2/AM2 +/AM3/AM3+/FM1)|€22.43
    Super-Flower Amazon 80Plus 550W|€55.55

The Scythe Mungen 3 is a better and slightly more expensive cooler but it's harder to fit. Depends on whether you care about big overclocks or not. The Arctic Freezer Pro should get you to 4GHz.

You can get it under budget by getting an i5 2500K instead of the i7, an excellent chip but it lacks the Hyper Threading of the i7. Up to you whether you think the extra processing power is worth it or not. Link: http://www2.hardwareversand.de/articledetail.jsp?aid=41225&agid=1617

Or you could go with 8GB instead of 12GB etc. There's a few places you can cut here to save money.
