Unlock a iPhone 4 on 3 Network

    Looking to buy a Iphone 4, however most of them are locked to o2, 3 etc. but I'm trying to get it on meteor. Found one at a decent price but its locked to 3, does anyone know if I rang them up with the IMEI code can they unlock it?

    EDIT: If they can, anyone know how long it would take to get sorted and how much?
