Check the companies that service Knock airport. Most of them would drop a car to Cbar if required I'd say. I used to get National to do it but that was ~ 10 years ago so dunno if they are still doing it.

Rental company in sligo (I think its enterprise) deliver cars all over the county when providing temporary cars via insurance companies when you crash your car etc. I dont see why they wouldnt work something for castlebar.
