Took me 3 attempts to get over 100000. Trick is build cannons and lasers in one set, guns as backup. Upgrade asap and then leave the the final 20+ rounds to accumulate resources.

its not, put concussion towers and 1 command tower up inthe top right corner, keep upgrading them until red and place a few laser, cannon and temporal towers on the other grids

You have to complete a trade, which is a bitch given how the inventories are faffing up again. However the trade does not have to be mutual, one-sided trades will count.
