Im wondering has anyone here done this course. Im considering doing it full time for a year starting next September.

Just wondering if people found it a good course in terms of lecturers, content and prospects afterwards. I know there are no defined career paths from masters courses such as this but just wondering if it helped anyone gain employment in a related field

There is a similar course in DCU and i wonder is there much difference in how the two are rated.

If anyone has done this course, i'd love to hear whether they think its worthwhile. I would be taking a year out of a full time job to do it

    Thanks

Has anybody done this course or even any of the masters from the UCD SPIRE (School of politics and international relations)?

Would like to hear how the course is regarded, how you found the quality of lectures and what the workload is like etc.

    Thanks

Thanks for that. There is some overlap with IR and some of the courses mentioned in that thread so it is good info.

Do you know how the SPIRE is regarded in comparison to similar schools in DCU and TCD?

Im actually swaying towards DCU at the moment as there seems a wider choice of modules and because i did my undergrad in UCD a few years ago (not IR related) and i hear a change of institution for your postgrad is a good thing
