Handbrake and Blurays

I've posted this on HE as well. All opinions welcome. I've just backed all my (legally-bought) DVDs onto a media player for convenience. File sizes around 2-3 GB. To convert Blurays, what final file size should I be aiming at? Cheers, Freddie.
