Hi all,

I live in a small town in the midlands on the river shannon. There is a workshop in the marina that has been vacant for a number of years now, i am thinking of looking into see is it available to rent. I have always worked as a wood machinist and i have been recently been made redundant and i am at the stage of looking into starting my own business venture the only thing is im struggling for ideas for it, i was thinking something tourist related might be interesting its quiet this time of year but the summer time is quiet busy as there is 2 cruiser hire companies right beside it. Anyone got any ideas?
