Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

iTunes Account Balance Not Deducting

I'm a little puzzled. I got 6 free songs via O2 iTunes Friday deal. I purchased 2 songs today but my account balance still shows 6 songs remaining. I would have thought the account credits would get used before any payments are taken ??
I don't want to call apple and sound like a pleb

Have you tried checking on Itunes on PC/Phone to check if number has deducted there, it could be a delay refreshing but should be straight after each purchase. You can check in Itunes the purchase history, there you should see if they were free or charged for them, is the Credit Card saved in Itunes?
Free song can only be up to €1.290 -

Free song can only be up to €1.29
I have just checked iTunes on the phone again and it still shows 6 songs remaining, nothing was deducted yet.
Both songs were 99c & €1.29 so they are within the limit for free songs. I will wait until tomorrow and see if the account has been updated.
My credit card is saved on iTunes but with any previous vouchers on my old phone they were used first before any money was taken.
It's just a little weird is all
