    Hi,

    I am trying to use Milestone Transact with a USB printer. I heard that there was a program or hardware box that should be able to split the USB data to the printer and change the USB stream to the Ethernet (TCP).

    In the old serial communication the data between terminal and printer was more or less pure ASCII data which is readable data where the USB communication between terminal and printer is Graphic which isn't readable data.

    Can anyone shed any light on this product or methods to integrate Transact with USB receipt printers?
