You should finish the design first and then ask for review .You need a logo, the text is not positioned correctly and the font size is huge. It starts with font size 13 for example and as I scroll down the font size gets bigger. I can only see one letter on my screen.You should use "em" instead of pixels for font-size. Same for widths, you might want to use percentages instead of pixels.I tested it on my android phone, it looks alright on the iphone.

You should put everything inside the body in a div called main for example, set its width 100% and then start to replace widths from pixels to percentages for the other divs.
